Ccmnission <br />669 <br />ratifying and confirming Resolution No. 668 <br />wi <br />respect to the Central Downtown Project, <br />Indiana <br />R -66. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Mr. <br />Donaldson and unanimously carried, Resolutioi <br />No. <br />669 ratifying and confirming Resolution No. <br />668 <br />with respect to the Central Downtown Project <br />was <br />approved. <br />b. Commission <br />approval requested to amend the guide - <br />lines <br />for the Homeowner's Emergency Loan Pr am, <br />Ms. <br />Holston explained that the amendment to the <br />guidelines <br />would enable an individual who needs <br />emergency <br />sewage repair to take advantage of the <br />Cit <br />'s emergency sewer repair fund and would pro- <br />vide <br />a loan for the first $1,000 of work for <br />sewer <br />repair.
