UonPinuea .. . <br />closing the sale Christman Construction indicated <br />that they planned to use the property for parking <br />and could not give Redevelopment a specific date <br />as to when they would begin construction of the <br />office. <br />Mr. Butler noted that in further discussion with <br />Christman they indicated that they are simply not <br />in the position at this point in time to establish <br />a s cific timetable that would be satisfactory to <br />the staff. He stated that it is the staff's reccm- <br />men ation that the action taken on September 10, <br />1982 awarding the bid to Christman Construction be <br />rescinded. He stated that he has talked to Christ - <br />man's attorney, Mr. Milt Johnson, and he indicated <br />that they are not in a position to move forward <br />and will not object to the rescission. <br />Upoi a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the awarding <br />of i bid for Disposition #14 in Monroe Park made <br />on 3eptember 10, 1982 by Christman Construction <br />was rescinded. <br />There wore no progress reports. <br />9. NEXT C0�9MISSION MEETING <br />10. <br />The n regularly scheduled Redevelopment Commission <br />meeting will be held on Friday, February 11, 1983. <br />ADJOURWENT <br />There being no further business before the Commission, <br />Mr. Pia ecki moved that the meeting be adjourned.
