Commission with the South Bend Board of Public Works for surface parking adjacent to the Water Work Department. Mrs. Kolata noted that this lease is for surface parking lot adjacent to the Water Depaftment. She further noted that this no longer has an ending date but is now a mon -to -month basis. Mr. Nimtz noted that the provisions of the lease should clearly state that it is for one dollar a year and asked that it be co: rect Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconder by . Donaldson and carried unanimously, the lease with the South Bend Board of Pul Works was approved subject to the appropr: corrections. c. C ssion approval requested for a lease with the South Bend Public Transportation Corporation (TRANSPO). Mr. Hunt noted that this is also a contin- uation of a prior lease with a month-to- month provision. Mr. Nimtz noted that this lease should al: state that it is for one dollar per year. Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconc by Ms. Auburn and carried unanimously, the lease with TRANSPO was approved subject tc the appropriate corrections. PROGRESS REPORTS no progress reports.
