APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Mr. iasecki and unanimously carried, the minutes OF DECEMBER 17, 1982 WERE <br />of e Regular Meeting of Friday, December 17, APPROVED <br />1982 were approved. <br />b. Mr. Nimtz asked that it be noted that after <br />Item #3 on the minutes of the Organizational <br />Meeting of January 4, 1983 that Mr. Nimtz as- <br />sumed the Chair. The motion was made by Mr. <br />Piasecki, seconded by Ms. Auburn and unani- <br />mous y carried that the minutes of the Organ - <br />izat oval Meeting of January 4, 1983 were <br />appr ved. <br />c. Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />minu es of the Regular Meeting of January 4, <br />1983 were approved. <br />3.
