South Bend Revelampent Commission <br />Annual Organ zational Meeting - January 4, 1983 <br />3. ELECTION IOF OFFICERS (Continued) <br />Ms. Aubtum nominated Mr. F. Jay Nimtz to serve as <br />President of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />The motion was seconded by Mr. Donaldson and unani- <br />mously carried. There being no further nominations, <br />and the vote being unanimous, Mr. Nimtz was elected <br />Presidenit of the Ccm ission for 1983. <br />VICE - PRESIDENT <br />Mr. Nimtz nominated Mr. Lloyd E. Robinson to serve <br />as Vice-President. of the South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. The motion was seconded by Ms. Auburn <br />and unanimously carried. There being no further <br />nominations, and the vote being unanimous, Mr. <br />Robinson was elected Vice - President of the Can - <br />mission or 1983. <br />Ms. Aub n nominated Mr. A. Peter Donaldson to serve <br />as Secretary of the South Bend Redevelopment Commis- <br />sion. The motion was seconded by Mr. Nimtz and unan- <br />imously carried. There being no further nominations, <br />and the -vote being unanimous, Mr. Donaldson was elected <br />Secretar4 of the Commission for 1983. <br />"Xej a �1�1,�J <br />Mr. Donaldson nominated Ms. Paula N. Auburn to serve <br />as Assistant Secretary to the South Bend Redevelop- <br />ment CcrmLission. The motion was seconded by Mr. Nimtz <br />and unanimously carried. There being no further nom- <br />inations, and the vote being unanimous, Ms. Auburn <br />was elected Assistant Secretary of the Commission for <br />1983. <br />After thE election of officers, Mr. Nimtz resumed the <br />chair. <br />4. APPOINRggg OF LEGAL COUNSEL AND STAFF <br />Mr. Donaldson made a motion that Mr. Kevin J. Butler <br />be reappointed as Legal Counsel for the South Bend <br />Redevelo ent for 1983 and him to be present at all <br />meetings. The Commission will enter into a contract <br />with Mr. Butler for performances of various duties <br />at the R gular Meeting of the Commission immediately <br />followin the Annual Organizational Meeting. <br />-2- <br />MR.
