Continued.... <br />Ms. Holston explained that while the con- <br />tractor was working on the first floor, he <br />discovered a leak in the bathroom which re- <br />quired the change order for the additional <br />work to repair the leak. <br />Upor a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Robinson and unanimously carried, the <br />Com ission approved Change Order No. 2 with <br />Aar vark Construction Company for $715.00. <br />c. Commission a pproval requested for a contract <br />wit the Area Plan Commission of St. Joseph <br />Cou ty for aerial photographs of St. Joseph <br />Cou t . <br />Mr. Hunt noted that this contract was for a <br />portion of the total cost of $50,000 for <br />aerial photographs of St. Joseph County. With <br />Com ission approval Redevelopment would pay <br />$10,000 for the mylar that we could use to <br />reproduce paper air photos. The photos would <br />be kept in the Area Plan files and we would <br />haVE access to them at any time. These photos <br />will aid the staff in its planning efforts. <br />Upor a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, the <br />Com ission approved a contract with the Area <br />Plar Commission of St. Joseph County for aerial <br />photographs of St. Joseph County. <br />d. Comrilssion approval requested for a contract <br />wit S.M. Dix Associates, Inc., for relocation <br />ser ices connected with the East Bank Develo - <br />men Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this contract will <br />req ire that S.M. Dix Associates, Inc., develop <br />cost estimates for the relocation of South Bend <br />Screw Products.
