APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Ms. Auburn noted that the minutes of November 12, <br />1982 meeting needed correction, item 2(a) of <br />the minutes had Ms. Auburn making the motion and <br />seconding the motion. Mr. Robinson seconded the <br />motion. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki and seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn, the minutes of December 3, 1982 meeting <br />were approved subject to corrections as noted by <br />Ms. Auburn. <br />3. APPIROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />A MOTION WAS MADE BY <br />MS. AUBURN FOR A COR- <br />RECTION NEEDED ON ITEM <br />2(a) OF THE MINUTES OF <br />NOVEMBER 12, 1982 AND <br />VAS SECONDED BY MR. <br />ROBINSON <br />THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER <br />3, 1982 WERE APPROVED <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn,; seconded by Mr. THE CLAIMS WERE FORMALLY <br />Piasecki and unanimously carried, the claims pre - APPROVED AND THE CHECKS <br />viously signed and dated December 8th and 15th ORDERED TO BE RELEASED <br />were formally approved and the checks were ordered to <br />be released. <br />
