Donaldson and unanimously carried, the <br />Addendum III to the Battelle Columbus Labor- <br />atories contract was approved. <br />d. Com ission approval requested for a tax abate- <br />ment request relative to an area commonly <br />referred to as 1302 High Street Environmental <br />Tec noloav, Inc. <br />Mr. Lee noted that the petitioner is Thaddeus <br />Jones, owner and president of Environmental <br />Technology. The project involves the renova- <br />tion and expansion of the building at a $100,000 <br />estimated cost. Approximately thirty new jobs <br />are to be created. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded <br />by hr. Donaldson and carried unanimously, the <br />tax abatement request for 1302 High Street was <br />recommended favorably to the Common Council. <br />e.
