Also, another branch of McCormick <br />and Company is looking at a site in Phase III <br />and they have indicated tax abatement could be <br />the deciding factor in selecting a location. <br />Ms. Auburn and Mr. Robinson suggested that only <br />the vacant land in Phase III should be declared <br />a tax abatement impact. Also, Mr. Horton stated this <br />the staff recommended all of Phase III for this <br />designation because all of Phase III was studied <br />and the determination of underutilization was for <br />all of Phase III. <br />Ms. uburn stated that she did not want to in- <br />clud all of Phase III in the resolution until <br />the staff report on tax abatement was completed. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, Resolution <br />No. 665 was approved with the amendment that it <br />apply only for unoccupied property in Phase III <br />of the Airport Industrial Park. <br />6.
