South Bend Commission <br />Regular Mee �edevelopment <br />ing - October 8, 1982 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Continued) <br />d. Continued.... <br />Mr. Lee explained that Mr. & Mrs. Panzica <br />are planning to renovate the 7,000 square <br />foot structure at the corner of Fellows and <br />Mon oe in the Monroe Sample area. The build - <br />ing will be the general offices for Panzica <br />Construction Company and Panzica Architects, <br />Inc. The existing residential structure at <br />414 E. Monroe will be demolished to provide <br />landscaping and parking. The petition states <br />that six jobs will be created. The staff <br />rec mmends that the area be designated an <br />urban development area and the abatement be <br />granted. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded <br />by hr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />tax abatement request relative to an area com- <br />monly referred to as 414 -422 E. Monroe Street <br />and 509 -513 S.
