Commission approval requested for a Non- Profit - <br />Grou Grant to Southhold Restorations, Inc., in <br />the mount of 8,120.00 for a house currently <br />loca ed at 112 E. Navarre which will be moved to <br />a to in the 300 block of W. Marion. <br />Ms. 3aumgartner noted that Southhold Restorations <br />does not have title to the property and we will <br />not xecute the agreement until title to the prop- <br />erty is obtained. <br />Upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Robinson, <br />seconded by <br />COMMISSION APPROVED <br />A NON - <br />Ms. Auburn <br />and unanimously carried, <br />a Non - Profit <br />PROFIT GROUP GRANT <br />IN THE <br />Grou <br />Grant in the amount of $8,120.00 <br />was award- <br />AMOUNT OF $8,120.00 <br />TO SOUTH - <br />ed to <br />Southhold Restorations, Inc., <br />subject to <br />HOLD RESTORATIONS, <br />INC., FOR <br />Sout <br />hold's providing title to the <br />property. <br />A HOUSE TO BE MOVED <br />TO THE <br />300 BLOCK OF W. MARION <br />c. Commission approval requested for a contract with <br />Comm nit y Development for funds related to the <br />Stud baker Industrial Corridor Activitv (CD82- <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this contract would allow <br />us t use $150,000.00 of Community Development <br />fund3 for public works activities, clean up activ- <br />itie , and marketing of promotional activities in <br />the 3tudebaker Corridor. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED CONTRACT <br />Mr. iasecki and unanimously carried, the contract WITH THE DIVISION OF COMMUNITY <br />for ommunity Development funds related to the DEVELOPMENT FOR THE STUDEBAKER <br />Stud baker Industrial Corridor Activity (CD82- INDUSTRIAL CORRIDOR ACTIVITY <br />1102 ) was approved. (CD82 -1102) <br />7. PROGRESSIREPO <br />Mrs. Kol to noted that the Gates Chevrolet car sale <br />in the downtown parking lot went well but not as well <br />as expected, perhaps due to the short lead time in- <br />volved and the fact that advertising was at a minimum. <br />8.
