Mrs Kolata explained that this contract was sim- ila to contracts with other neighborhood organi- zations for administering the Neighborhood Paint - Up Program. Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Mr. Donaldson and unanimously carried, the con- tract with the Edgewater Place Neighborhood Asso- ciation was approved. C. Commission approval requested for awarding of the fol owing contract in connection with the Section 312 Loan Program in accordance with the recommenda- tion from the Bureau of Housing.. Upor a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. Pia ecki and unanimously carried, the contract for Andre Baldwin at 1142 N. Cleveland in the amount of $46E..00 was awarded to Aardvark Construction. 1. Commission approval requested for Change Order No. 1 wit Foundation Rock, Inc., for an increase of $240. for an amended contract total of $8,749.24 at 2020 Prairie Avenue in accordance with the recommendation from the Bureau of Housing.
