The project is the Morningside Hotel <br />and it involves a conversion into 87 upgraded <br />apartments. It will take a year to complete. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the request <br />for a Section 312 Multi- Family Loan as listed <br />above was approved. <br />b. Discussion of acquisition of Parcel "A" in the <br />East Bank Develo ment Area. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by <br />Mr. Donaldson and carried unanimously, the author- <br />ization to settle with Main Engineering on Parcel <br />"A" in the East Bank Development Area was approved. <br />c.
