<br />encapsulated utilizing a lead encapsulant, per manufacturers
<br />instructions. Owner to be supplied with 5-year warranty.

<br />After establishing any required floor containment with
<br />polyethylene sheeting, wet mist, remove window sashes
<br />necessary to remove all LBP, package in plastic and send
<br />window to off-site stripper or location to be stripped onsite. All
<br />remaining paint on jambs, parting beads, trough, or other
<br />friction impact surfaces shall be stripped of paint. Mist any
<br />remaining defective paint with water to the point of saturation.
<br />Scrape all loose paint with a draw scraper. Wash with
<br />detergent solution, rinse, allow to dry and HEPA vacuum any
<br />paint chips, dust and debris. Reinstall stripped and reglazed
<br />window sashes. Prime and top coat entire window unit/trim with
<br />white acrylic latex extior paint.
<br />Prior to repainting, Project Manager must inspect to verify all
<br />LBP was removed. Failure to notify may result in having to
<br />remove paint to verify that all LBP is removed.
