Kolata explained that at the last <br />me ting guidelines for the Rehabilitation <br />Loan Program were adopted. Those guidelines <br />call for an advisory board to review loan <br />applications and make recommendations to the <br />Commission for the awarding of those loans. <br />ThE eight people recommended for the Advisory <br />Board have been serving in an advisory capa- <br />ci y to various Bureau of Housing programs <br />for a number of years. Appointment of the Monroe- Sample Rehabilita- <br />te n Loan Program Advisory Board. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this Board would re- <br />vi w all loan applications for the Monroe- <br />Sample Rehabilitation Loan Program. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, George <br />Div'ak, John Fisher, George Jena, Ann Kolata, <br />James Lantz, Ernest Swick, John Tichenor, Anna <br />Belle Thomas, Edmond Mitchell and Hedy Robinson <br />were appointed to the Monroe - Sample Rehabilita- <br />tion Loan Program Advisory Board. Mr. Piasecki <br />did not vote on this item. <br />7. PROGRESIS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kollata reported that the house at 710 S.'Columbia <br />has been moved to its new location on Clinton Street. <br />Mr. Hunt stated that we have received the report from <br />the American City Corporation, and expects at future <br />meetings to discuss the Century Mall project in more <br />detail as it relates to other aspects of downtown <br />develop ent. <br />Mr. Hor on reported that the Studebaker Corridor <br />Study s ould be completed by the end of July. <br />N <br />COMMISSION APPOINTED THE <br />MONROE- SAMPLE REHABILITATION <br />LOAN PROGRAM ADVISORY BOARD <br />PROGRESS REPORTS <br />
