Commission approval requested for,Addendum I <br />to contract with Community Development for funds <br />related to the Monroe-Sample Development Area <br />Mr, Hunt explained that this addendum adds $43,000 <br />for acquisition and deletes $70,000 in site improve - <br />ment costs. The $70,000 in site improvements will <br />be handled by the Board of Public Works. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Ms. Auburn.and unanimously carried, Addendum I <br />to the contract with Community Development for <br />funds related to the Monroe- Sample Development <br />Area (CD 81 -602D) was approved. <br />e. Comm ssion approval requested for Addendum II to <br />cont act with Community Development for funds <br />rela ed to Redevelopment administration. CD 80- <br />Mr, Hunt explained that this addendum revises <br />budget line items to reflect the amounts actually <br />expended. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Mr, lonaldson and unanimously carried, Addendum II <br />to t e contract with Community Development for <br />fund related to Redevelopment Administration <br />(CD 0 -1004) was approved. <br />f.
