Comm ssion approval requested for adoption of <br />Monr a -Sam le Rehabilitation Loan Program Guide- <br />line <br />Mrs. Baumgartner explained that this program is <br />basi ally the same as the Rehabilitation Loan <br />Program but does provide for landlords to re- <br />ceivE loans of up to 50% of the rehabilitation <br />cost <br />REHABILITATION LOAN PROGRAM <br />GUIDELINES WERE APPROVED <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by MO NROE- SAMPLE REHABILITATION <br />Mr. lonaldson and unanimously carried, the Monroe- LOAN PROGRAM GUIDELINES WERE <br />Sample Rehabilitation Loan Program Guidelines APPROVED <br />were approved. Mr. Piasecki did not vote on <br />this item. <br />e. Comm ssion a <br />Neighborhood <br />val requested for <br />nt -Up Program Gui <br />ption of <br />nes. <br />Mrs. Baumgartner explained that this program <br />provides free paint to neighborhood organizations <br />who vill paint houses for the elderly or handi- <br />capp d in their neighborhood. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by <br />Ms. uburn and unanimously carried, the Neighbor- <br />hood Paint -Up Program Guidelines were approved. <br />f. Commission approval requested for adoption of <br />Monr e- Sample Paint -Up Program Guidelines. <br />Mrs. Baumgartner stated that this program will <br />prov de free paint to anyone in the Monroe- Sample <br />resi ential area regardless of income. <br />NEIGHBORHOOD PAINT -UP PROGRAM <br />GUIDELINES WERE APPROVED <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Auburn, seconded by MONROE- SAMPLE PAINT -UP PROGRAM <br />Mr. lonaldson and unanimously carried, the Monroe- GUIDELINES WERE APPROVED <br />Sample Paint -Up Program Guidelines were approved. <br />Mr. Fiasecki did not vote on this item. <br />g.
