Commission approval requested to enter into a con- <br />tract with Communit 'Develo meat for funds relatinc <br />to the First "Bank'Center CD= 18 -1002A . <br />Mrs Kolata explained that this contract is a stand- <br />ard Community Development contract and authorizes <br />expenditures of $39,958.00 to finish the public por- <br />tions of the First Bank Center. <br />COMMISSION APPROVED COM- <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Ms. MUNITY DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT <br />Auburn and unanimously carried, the contract with CD- 18- 1002A, RELATING TO <br />Community Development in the amount of $39,958.00 FIRST BANK CENTER, IN THE <br />was approved. AMOUNT OF $39,958 <br />d. Com ission approval requested to enter into a lease <br />wit Universal Painting Co., Inc., for .250.00 per <br />mon h, on Parcel 6 -3 in the Monroe-Sample Develo - <br />men Area. <br />Mrs Kolata stated that this lease is our standard <br />lease entered into when we acquire a property. <br />Uni ersal Painting is in the Monroe - Sample area and <br />acq isition of that property was recently completed. <br />The monthly rent of $250.00 is 1% of the purchase <br />pri e and the first payment will be due June 1, <br />1981. <br />LEASE WITH UNIVERSAL PAINT- <br />Upor a motion made by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Ms. ING CO., INC. APPROVED FOR <br />Auburn and unanimously carried, the lease with PARCEL 6 -3 IN MONROE- SAMPLE <br />Uni ersal Painting Co., Inc. was approved. DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />e.
