PUBLICIHEARING (continued) <br />a. continued... <br />Because of the industrial and residential mix in the <br />Monroe-Sample area and the different entities in- <br />volved in this project, we feel that the best vehicle <br />would be to add people with historic and industrial <br />backgrounds. <br />Mr. McMahon presented the Commission with the follow- <br />ing items and asked that they be entered into the <br />record: Original Notice of Public Hearing; Affidavit <br />of Proof of Publication from the South Bend Tribune <br />and Tri- County News; Affidavit that notice was delivered <br />to Area Plan Commission, Board of Public Works, Board <br />of Zoning Appeals, Building Department, Park Department, <br />and that notice was posted on the bulletin board of the <br />Board of Public Works; Area Plan Commission Resolution <br />No 60; Common Council Resolution No. 935 -82; and a <br />copy of Redevelopment Commission Resolution No. 648 <br />with a copy of the Monroe- Sample Development Plan <br />attached. <br />Mr McMahon informed the Commission that as of 10:00 <br />a. . this morning no written remonstrances with respect <br />to our action were received. <br />Mr Nimtz recognized and received the various legal <br />no ices, publications, affidavits, and other documents <br />an ordered them entered into the record. <br />Mr Nimtz inquired whether there were any comments or <br />re onstrances to be presented to the Commission at this <br />ti e. Hearing none, the public hearing was declared <br />cl sed. <br />6. OLD BUSINESS <br />There vas no old business to present to the Commission. <br />7. NEW BUSINESS <br />a.
