APPROVAU OF MINUTES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Robinson, seconded by Mr. MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />Donaldson and unanimously carried, the minutes of the OF DECEMBER 18, 1981 WERE <br />Regular Meeting of Friday, December 18, 1981 were APPROVED <br />approved. <br />3.
