The new wood would need to be milled to match <br />the thickness of the old siding. <br />Due to deteriorating siding, water has leaked in and damaged insulation. Replacing the insulation in <br />recommended. <br />Replace entire siding on house with new siding and not salvaging due to the extensive damage of 0.00 <br />siding. Installing new insulation is recommended as well. <br />Salvaging costs will be very high due to the amount of work needed from the lack of salvageable <br />siding. <br />Salvage remaining siding and mill new siding.
