CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS <br />Commissioner Stalheim made a motion to shift the public discussion for each discussed project to before <br />the closed Commission discussion. Seconded by Commissioner Brazinsky. Motion to approve the <br />rearrange the order of the agenda is approved. <br />Four in favor,none opposed. <br />Vote:4—0.
