731 IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION 4-177. RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improvement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: Improvement of South Main street from Indiana Avenue to the North line of Ewing Ave by 6±ading the roadway its full width and constructing cement sidewalk and curbing on said street where said improvement has not already been made. Said improvement shall be known and designated as South Main Street Grade, Curb and Walk. and shall be constructed according �o the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the executi:.n of the above work shall be publiehed on the 23rd day of March and on the 30th clay of March, 1904 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times This Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 5th day of April 1904, at 7:15 p. m. and will receive bids up to 10 A.14- on the 6th day of April 1904. Saim improvement shall be known and designated as Lindsey Street Cement Walks and Curb. and shall be constructed according to" the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer, filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution of the above work shallb e published on the ' 23rd day of March and on the 30 th day of March 1904 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times.
