The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members preseht. <br />Petition received from Oliver Chilled Plow Works asking that their former <br />request for right to maintain overhead line of wire tEor transmitting electrical poorer <br />be withdrawn and asking for contract enabling them to transmit electrical power <br />in the territ{ry mentioned, service to be entirely underground. <br />VACATION RESOLUTIā¬lN NO. 27. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That <br />it is. desirable to vacate the following: <br />A part of Milton street which lies West of the West line of High ;street in the <br />South East Addition, also the alley running West from High Street between Milton <br />street and Calvert Street in the South East A&Jt it i on. <br />The following. property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such <br />vacation' <br />The Henry Studebaker Park, the property of the City of South Bend. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 19th day of Fetruary <br />and on the 26th day of February, 1904, in the South Bend Daily Times. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 8th day of March 1904 at <br />10 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons -interested in or affectd <br />by these proceedings. <br />The' purpose of said Vacation is .o make said street and alley a part of the <br />Henry Studebaker Park. <br />Adopted this 17th day of February 1904. <br />W.
