Friday Dec. 4th, 1903. <br />The Board met in regular session 10 a.m. all members present. <br />Peter Suzio was given an extension of time on the Fassnacht Ave Trunk Sewer. <br />The Board passed the following resolution. <br />CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION No. 13. <br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br />That the following described property be appropriated for the use of thesaid city: <br />A strip of land fourteen (14) feet wide, Seven feet on each side of North and <br />South Center line of Lots 17, 160 13, 12, and 9 in Sorins first addition to the <br />town of Lowell, now a part of the City of outh Bend, Indiana grid to the center <br />of North half of Lot 8, in said Additions �-lso a strip of land twelve (12) feet <br />wide, Six (6) feet on each side of East and West center line of North half of Lot <br />eight (8), all in the said Sorins First Addition to the town of Lowell now a part <br />Of the City of South Bend, Indiana. <br />The following described property may be injuriously or beneficialy affected <br />by such appropriation. <br />Part of Lot No <br />North 1/2 <br />of,Lot. <br />Name of addition.
