Saturday.... Oct. 24th, 1903. <br />The Board -met in regular session all members being present. <br />South Bend Eleetric Company ordered to place a mid -nits -lamp on Rush street be- <br />tween Bronson and Sample at- the intersection of the alley between the points named. <br />Communication from E.C.Westervelt regarding improvements over the tail race at <br />the foot of Colfax avenue referred to the Engineer and City Attorney. <br />Grant Trunk Western Railway Company were notified to put Division street in a <br />passable condition by fi ;ling the low places along said street, <br />The Board having under consideration the assessment of benefits and the awards <br />of damages in the condemnation proceedings brought under Condemnation Resolution +10 A. <br />adopted on the 14th. day of July, 1903, and confirmed on the 25th. day of July, 1903, <br />find that the property affected by said condemnation are respectively benefited or dams <br />-aged in the amounts shown on said roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefi-b <br />made and agreed upon this 24th. day of October, 1903, which said roll'of awards and IN" <br />assessments is made a part of this record. <br />Resolved that notices of amounts of assessments and awards of damages be personal <br />—ly served upon the owners of the property in question, stating that this Board will <br />give a hearing on the matter of such awards and assessments at,.its office in the City <br />Hall on the¢ 6th. day of November, 1903, at 10 A.M. <br />President. <br />
