Sept. 4th, 1903. <br />The Board met in regular session in the office of the Board at 10 A.M. all <br />members being present. <br />Attorney Geo. Feldman appeared before the Board in support of a petition <br />to vacate a ten foot strip along the north side of Vistula avenue from Washington <br />street to Jefferson street. <br />Contract signed. with J.W.Donahue for grade, curb and walk on Franklin street <br />Communication filed and consideredfrom the Birdsell Mnfg. Co. regar"iug a <br />building at +428 S.
