621 'N Wednesday...Sept. 16th, 1903.. The Board of Public Works met in regular session all members being present. The Engineer filed the assessment rolls aa final estimates or the jirieK Pave- ment on Marion and Burroughs streets from Michigan street to Michigan avenue; also, for water connections on Monroe street and Sewer connections on Emerick street. Resolved that notices as to,the amounts -of assessments on the above streets be published for six consectuive days in the South Bend Daily Times ana the South Bend Daily Tribune, beginning on the l8th: day of Sept., 19032 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 29th. day of Sept., 1903. Resolved further, that the wntire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimates thereon allowed. Notice of this. resolution shall be published on the 18th. day of Sept., 19039 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times. This Board will give a hearing upon the acceptance of said work at its office in the City Hall on the 29th. day of Sept., 1903 at 7:15 P.M. In the matter of pipe sewers on Catalpa avenue and LaSalle avenue,Bridge st. and Colfax avenue; and the Trunk sewer on rassna cht avenue. Resolved that sealed bids be received by the Board of Public Works, in its office in the City Hall, up to 10 A.M. on the 14th. day of October, 1903. Resolved further, that noritces ol: this resolution 7Jaall be published on the 18th. day and on the 25 day of Sept., 1903, in the South Bend Daily Time and the South Bend Daily Tribune. President.
