597 <br />August 15th, 1903.. <br />The Board met in regular session in the office of the Board of Public Works <br />at 10 A.M. All members being present. <br />City Engineer reported on the condition of the truss bridge over the dry run <br />on Vistula avenue. The condition of the bridge was generally bad. Same was accepted. <br />The street commissoner was instructed to pave all alley crossings on Kosciuszko <br />st. between Division and Ford streets. <br />The Clerk was instructed to notify the Three I to brng their tracks to grade <br />on S. Franklin street; to plank their crossing on Baker street: also, to notify the <br />Grand Trunk Western and The Three I to repair their crossings on Walnut street. <br />Clerk instructed to notify the Gas Company to properly tamp their trenches <br />after i:e aring same up to lay mains. <br />Contracts awarded to Harry N. Barnes on Sadie street, Joseph Swiatowy on <br />Olive street, T.C.Barnes on Bartlett street, Geo. Headley on Linden ave. west of Olive and <br />Hammond Court, T.M.Bauer on Linden ave. from Adcgr.s St. to Johnson st., J.W.Donahue on <br />Franklin st, and M.S.Rogers on Kenwood avenue. <br />President. <br />SOfiUTIO�j.
