595, August 12th, 1903.. Robert, Hoban & Roach's bond on E. La Salle avenue grading released. Contract signed with C.H.Defrees and John Beyrer on Franklin Place. 'Petition for curbing on fisher street from McPherson to Chapin referred to Engineer. The Engineer filed the Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for the eement walks on Kosciuszko street, grade - curb - walks on Brick avenue and Euclid avenue: also, Pipe. Sewers on Thomas and Napier streets, under Inprovement �R.esolutions Nos.1359 129,130,124 and 139 respectivly. Resolved that notices as to the amounts of assessments be puo_lisheci for six con- secutive days in the South Bend Deily Times ana the South Bend Daily Tribune, beginning on the 13th. day of August, =-stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of assessments at its Office in the City Hall on August 25th, 1903, at 7:15 P.M. Resolved furtherm that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approv -ed and the final estimates thereon allowed. Notices of this resolution shall be published for one time in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the South Bend Daily Times on the 13th. day of !august, stating that this Board will at its -Office in the City Hall on the 25th. day of August, 1903, at 7:15 P.M. give a hearing on the work and the estimate thereon. .Bids received and opened for the Improvements on Kenwood avenue, Bartlett street, Linden avenue from Olive streetw est, Linden avenue, Sadie! Olive, Hammond Court and Franklin streets. Same were referred to Engineer for tabulation. Resolved that bids be received up to the 25th. day of August, 19039 at 10 A.M. for the erection of the +7 Hose House. Z President.
