<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana: That an improv-
<br />ment be made of the kind, .size, location a:Y,,d temtirij points as follows: a pipe sever
<br />in and along Calvert street and Catalpa avenue from Kemble avenue to Ewing avenue. Said
<br />Improvement to be known and designated as the Calvert street and Catalpa avenue sewer" ail
<br />and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the gity
<br />Civil Engineer filed herewith. • Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the
<br />execution of the above work shakk be published on, the_ 22 and 29 days of August, 1903, in
<br />the South Bend Daily Dimes and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hes
<br />hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the 1 day of Sept.,1903,
<br />at 7.15 p.m. and will receive bids up to 10 a.m. on the 2na* .iay o-: Se ;y. , 1903.

<br />Resolved by the Board of Public Works -of the City of SouthBend, Indiana.- - That an improv
<br />ment be made.of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows: a pipe sewer on
<br />Portage avenue, Hudson avenue, and Leland avenue from the manhole in Leland avenue trunk
<br />sewer near Portage avenue --over the described route to the St. Joseph river. Said -
<br />Imrpovement shall be known as the Portage, Hudson and Leland avenues sewer and -shall be
<br />constructed according to the plans ana speci ications prepared by the City Civil Engine
<br />-er filed herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execution
<br />of the above work shall be published on the 22nd. and on the 29th. days of August, 1903,
<br />in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a
<br />hearing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the lst. day of 6'ept.,1903,
<br />and will receive bids up to 10 A.M. on the 2na. u.ay of September 1903.

<br />on Bartlett street, through Leeper Park -St.. Joseph street, Navarre street, Diman Court ad
<br />and Hammond Court. Said improvement shall be known and designated as the Bartleet st.
<br />pipe sewer, and'shall be constructed according to ,the plans and specifications prepared
<br />by the City Civil Engineer 'riled herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals forb
<br />bids for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 22nd. and on the 29th.
<br />days of August, 1903, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune.

<br />Said improtrement shall be known as "the "Marion Boulevard Pipe Sewer" anti buall be constru
<br />cted according to the plans and specifications prepared by the City Civil Engineer filed
<br />herewith. Notice of this resolution and proposals for ui(as for the exedution or the
<br />above work sha:u be published on the 22nd. and on the 29th. days of August, 1903 , in the
<br />South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune. This Board will give a hear-
<br />ing on this resolution at its office in the City Hall on the lst. d:..y of Sept. 1903, and

<br />assessments in its office in the City Hall on Sept. lst,'1903. at 7:15 P.M.
