<br />RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiama: That an im-
<br />provement be made of the kind, size, location and terminal points as follows:- Linden
<br />avenue from Olive street to the alley west of Anthony street by the grading of the road
<br />way and the construction of cement walks and cement curbing. Said improvement shall
<br />be known as and designated as the Linden avenue grade, curb and walk" and shall be.
<br />constructed according; to the plans and 'specifications prepared by the City Civil Engine
<br />-er filed herewith. Notices of this resolution and proposals for bids for the execut
<br />ion of the above work shall be published on the 1st. day of August and on the 8th. dar
<br />of August, 1903, in the South Bend Daily Times ana the South Bef u ,�Jliy Tribune. This
<br />Board will give a hearing on this resolution at its office iii t1-1e City Hall on the llth
<br />day f August, 1903 at 7:15 P.M., and will receive bids up to 10 A.P.T. on the 12th. day 6

<br />ing from St. Joseph street to t.e east line of the alley at the east end thereof. Said

<br />and shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications prepared by the
<br />City Civil Engineer filed herewith. Notice of. this resolution and proposals for bids
<br />for the execution of the above work shall be published on the 1 and 8th. days of Aug.,
