No remonstrants appearec.and <br />no remonstrances were filed. The Engineer reported that he had investigated the <br />objections raised by the property owners at the previous hearing and found the work <br />done accoruing to t_tle plans sec- -ications. Messers Shively, Rohrer and Fisher <br />appeared and remonstrated against said condemnation for the reasons that said improv <br />ment is not needed. After due consideration the Board -ind that said resolution <br />should be confirmeu auk that the following described property should be and is here- <br />by appropriated and condemned for said improvement."The center line of said street <br />to begin on the north line of Indiana avenue in said City at a point 88-3/10 west <br />of the present center line of May street thence running north to the southwesterly <br />line -of Lot 12 in Jacob Leers survey in the N.W.
