SECTION XIII. Chapter 21, Zoning, of the South Bend Municipal Code, Article 7 Access & Parking, Section 21-07.03 Vehicle Access & Parking, subsection(c) Location of Required Vehicle Parking Areas is hereby amended as follows: (4) Unless otherwise specified within the required parking location of the applicable zoning district, off street parking lots shall not be located in front of a line 5 feet behind the front or corner building facade. If the lot docs not have a building, parking areas shall have a minimum front or corner setback of 12 feet As specified in the applicable zoning district.
