FIRST BANK CENTER COMPLETION CERTIFICATES AND REQUIREMENTS (continued) <br />The Certificate of Completion is similar to one pre - <br />vio sly adopted by the Commission, but in a slightly <br />different form as required by bond counsel. <br />Upon motion made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. <br />Cira and unanimously carried, the President and <br />Secretary were authorized and directed to sign a <br />Certificate Regarding Joint Development Agreement <br />and UDAG Grant, the Lessor's Certificate and the <br />Cer ificate of Completion. <br />3. ADJOURNMENT <br />CERTIFICATE REGARDING JOINT <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, JOINT <br />OPERATING AGREEMENT AND UDAG <br />GRANT, LESSOR'S CERTIFICATE, <br />AND CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION <br />APPROVED <br />There being no further business to come before the Com- ADJOURNMENT <br />mission, Mr. Donaldson made a motion that the meeting be <br />adjourned.
