Again, our <br />requirement is that the lease requests the same amount <br />as the tenants previously have been paying, and in the <br />case of a home owner, reflects 1% of the purchase. price. <br />Mrs Kolata stated that the last two leases (Hablin <br />Company, Inc.) will be redone as commercial leases <br />as these buildings are presently being used for <br />sto age purposes and not as residences. The amounts <br />wilt remain the same. <br />On motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by Mr. Robinson. <br />and unanimously.carried, the leases in the Monroe - <br />Sam le Development Area were approved. <br />h. It is in <br />the amount of $400.00. It is an inspection by a <br />thi d party outside of the office to certify that <br />the building has been constructed in conformance <br />wit all plans and specifications. <br />On a motion by Mr. Cira, seconded by Ms. Auburn <br />and unanimously carried, the request to enter into <br />agreement with Borger /Jones Associates to provide <br />ins ection services for Columbia Place Office Build- <br />ing was approved. <br />13 <br />COMMISSION APPROVED LEASES <br />WITH RESIDENTS IN MONROE- <br />SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL <br />SERVICES WITH BORGER /JONES <br />ASSOCIATES WAS APPROVED <br />
