Mrs Baumgartner pointed out that Tower Federal Sav ngs and Loan Association is providing the amount in excess of $11,000.00 for Daniel and Debra Boyd and Bernyce Sweet. Ms. Hamilton is providing the add tional $478.00. Mr. McMahon stated that the agreements with respect to the extra funding all had to be in place before they come to the agencies for approval. Ms. Auburn made a motion, seconded by Mr. Robinson COMMISSION AWARDED THREE (3) and unanimously carried, to approve the following CONTRACTS UNDER THE REHAB- Rehabilitation Grant Program bid contracts. Mrs. Baumgartner explained there is a need for some wor at the Bureau of Housing to provide privacy for the Assistant Director and Project Director, and to MOVE the kitchen area. Mr. McMahon stated that this is a line item in their bud et from last year, which was approved by the Common Council.
