Mrs Kolata explained that this is a resolution aut orizing condemnation procedures for Parcel No. 6 -4 if the purchase offer, which will be sent, is not accepted within a twenty -five (25) day period. A family with four children is going to buy the house. They have completed six months of budget counseling and we are quite confident in her and think the structure is sound.
