PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. McMahon reported that purchase offers for those MONROE- SAMPLE DEVELOPMENT <br />Monroe-Sample properties listed in the first Proclaimer AREA <br />have been sent out and we are receiving positive re- <br />sponses on a number of them. Also, we would like to <br />bring a plan for a Monroe- Sample Site Office to the next <br />Commission meeting. <br />In the East Bank Area, the Staff is negotiating with EAST BANK DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />property owners and have had some of the offers accepted. <br />The A-3 rezoning that we are pursuing in the East Bank <br />area has been approved by the Area Plan Commission and <br />will b considered by the Common Council on May 18. <br />There are four (4) proposals on the Odd Fellows Build- ODD FELLOWS BUILDING <br />ing, aid we are currently negotiating with developers <br />of that proposal which we consider to be the strongest. <br />We hop to establish a schedule next week for the prog- <br />ress w will be making in those negotiations. <br />The f <br />res pec <br />to be <br />pect a <br />will a <br />proper <br />phase <br />The Fi <br />the tir <br />WTTI sl <br />pected <br />ing lai <br />al appraisal review process is in motion with TRANSPO /CENTURY MALL <br />to the property that the bus company is going <br />cquiring and as a result of that, we would ex- <br />acknowledgement from Washington very soon that <br />low TRANSPO to pursue the acquisition of that <br />y.
