ORDINANCE NO. <br />�N 01 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND BETWEEN <br />U.S. 31 ON THE EAST, IRELAND ROAD ON THE NORTH, THE <br />U.S. 20 BYPASS ON THE SOUTH AND ON THE WEST BY A <br />NORTH/SOUTH LINE RUNNING APPROXIMATELY THREE <br />HUNDRED FIFTY FEET (350') EAST OF THE EASTERN EDGE OF <br />BURNETTE DRIVE AND EXTENDING FROM THE SOUTHERN <br />EDGE OF IRELAND ROAD TO THE NORTHERN EDGE OF THE <br />U.S. 20 BYPASS. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA: <br />SECTION I.
