It relates to one of the items that we <br />discussed at our last meeting with respect to Section <br />8 Rehabilitation Standards and Local Codes, and it is <br />simply a clarification with respect to some language <br />that we had in the previous correspondence with re- <br />spect to, hand '- ra:i1s being required. It was stated in <br />the last communication that local code requires hand <br />rails on stairways of three steps or more. Mrs. <br />Baumgartner is writing to inform us of the correct <br />reading, that is that the code requires hand rails on <br />stairways of more than three steps. She points out <br />in her letter that it is simply a minor change.
