PROGRES1 REPORTS
Mr. McMahon: With respect to the East Bank area, as you
know thE meeting on March 2, 1981 will be the final action
with respect to the Tax Incremental issue. I would note to the Commission that
next Mo day night this issue comes up before the Common
Council for public hearing and we certainly invite you to
attend. That public hearing is one of the main public
hearing outside of that which is held here.
Mr. Nimtz: The Chair would like to announce that unless
there is some other difficulty, the March 2 meeting will
also take the place of the March 6 meeting and the Chair
directs that a proper notice be given to that effect.
As previously noted, the Chair wants to put in the record
that 50 years ago today he was I.layor of the City of South
Bend and James DuComb was City Judge, and the City was in
good ha ds.
Ns.
