We are asking per- <br />mission of the Commission to pursue a contract with <br />Abstract Company of St. Joseph County, Inc., and a <br />copy of that contract is in your packet. <br />Mr. <br />$60 <br />Mr. <br />Cira: The cost of the title search will be <br />.00 per parcel? <br />McMahon: Yes. <br />Mr. Nimtz: I will report to the Commission that <br />the staff reported to me that this had been let <br />out for bid. There were two bidders, Abstract and <br />Title Corporation and Abstract Company of St. Joseph <br />Cou ty Inc. (Michiana Title Company did not bid as <br />it as not invited to bid). Abstract Company of <br />St. Joseph County Inc. was the low bidder and I <br />au t orized them to proceed since time was of essence. <br />Mrs. Kolata: Yes.
