Modifications to time(s) for rendering services Description of Modifications: Under Exhibit A, Part 3, Section A3.01— Professional Design Services CHANGE the following in the original agreement: The term of this Contract shall be for professional services rendered through calendar year 2018 2020. The Owner will have the option to renew each subsequent year for both time and money until completion of the program. Under Exhibit C, Article 2, Section C2.01— Compensation for Basic Services CHANGE the following in the original agreement: A. Owner shall pay Engineer for basic services set forth in Exhibit a at Standard Hourly Rates Method of Payment not to exceed $250,000 04 $150,000.
