Cira: But, you are not purchasing <br />ny additional property, that is the <br />ig hang up. If you purchase a block <br />could understand why you would <br />ualify, but you own the present pro - <br />erty there and you are just going to <br />dd on to the parking lot, and you <br />ave an option across the street.
