Mr. Butler continues... <br />Under our fixture appraisal the <br />immovable fixtures were valued at <br />$31,560.00. They are going to <br />leave those fixtures with the <br />property, as well as the real estate <br />fixtures. In return for payment by <br />the Commission, by the department <br />of that $31,560.00. They may or may <br />not remove from the building the movable <br />fixtures and the movable equipment, <br />that is subject to their termination <br />when they are ready to move. We <br />wanted to simply clarify their rights <br />relative to the fixtures, and this agree - <br />nent does so. Two motions should be made <br />such as one authorizing the approval of <br />the lease agreements, the amendments <br />to the lease agreements, and then a <br />second motion approving the fixture <br />agreement. <br />. Auburn: Were there changes in the <br />atal amount in the new lease? Downward? <br />. Butler: Yes, the changes were <br />fr. Robinson: Do they get about the <br />ame bracket as what we are renting or <br />easing the other stores for? <br />[r.
