Dubail. <br />As <br />this was deemed an emergency repair, a notice <br />to <br />proceed was given to Area Services on <br />February <br />8, 1980. The item was not included in <br />the <br />original contract dated November 8, 1979. <br />Mr. <br />Robinson made a motion to approve Change <br />Order <br />No. 1, with Area Services, Inc., for an <br />increase <br />in contract price of $99.00, at the <br />address <br />of 807 E. Dubail, seconded by <br />NIsl <br />Auburn, and the motion was unanimously <br />carried. <br />Commission <br />approval requested for Change Order <br />No <br />2, with Area Services, Inc., for an increase <br />in <br />contract price of 53.00, for an amended <br />total of 1,161.00, at the address of <br />contract <br />730 <br />E. Broadway, as per letter from Mrs. Kathryn <br />Baingartner, <br />Acting Director, Bureau of Housing. <br />Mrs. <br />Baumgartner: This change order calls for <br />an <br />increase of $53.00, which involves the replace <br />melLt <br />of the fan and unit in the furnace at the <br />home <br />of Arnie Powell, 730 E. Broadway.
