To be workmanlike, <br /> maintenance or repair work must be performed in a manner <br /> consistent with work done by a skilled craftsman. (16 <br /> degrees C. ) during other hours . <br /> (9) Section PM-602 .3 shall be modified to read in its <br /> entirety as follows : Nonresidential structures : Every enclosed <br /> occupied work space shall be supplied with sufficient heat to <br /> maintain a temperature of not less than 65 degrees F. (18 degrees <br /> C. ) during all working hours . Exceptions : (1) Processing, <br /> storage and operation areas that require cooling or special <br /> temperature conditions; and (2) Areas in which persons are <br /> primarily engaged in vigorous physical activities . <br /> (c) Adoption of Enforcement of Building Standards Law. <br /> Pursuant to the authority granted by the Indiana General Assembly <br /> through the Acts of 1981, Public Law 309, § 28; as amended by <br /> Acts of 1982, Public Law 33, § 34, and Acts of 1986, Public Law <br /> 59, Sections 4 through 16, the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br /> hereby adopts the Enforcement of Building Standards Law, being IC <br /> 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, as it may be amended from time to <br /> time; and incorporates herein the definition of "substantial <br /> property interest" contained in IC 36-7-9-2, as it may be amended <br /> from time to time. <br /> (d) Administration. The Code Enforcement Department is <br /> hereby designated as the executive department which shall <br /> administer the provisions of the Enforcement of Building <br /> Standards Law.
