If my memory <br />serves me correctly, we are looking for around <br />$10 million in public funds. We do not know <br />that there are other sources that can be <br />provided for that kind of funding, but there <br />are, as Mr. Ellison mentioned, other possibilities <br />for smaller amounts of financing that may allow <br />us t go ahead with some portions of the Century <br />Mall complex. <br />Ms. rbeck: Would this situation have any <br />effe t on the First Bank project by the way <br />of <br />Mr. imtz: Unless there is an objection, the <br />Chair will take this out of order on the agenda <br />and 17 will ask Mr. Butler to propose the <br />anpr nriate motion that should be made. <br />Ms. Auburn made a motion to authorize the <br />Executive Director to enter into an agreement <br />with Kirchner Moore & Company to act as <br />financial advisor in connection with a proposed <br />program of urban redevelopment financing <br />(tax incremental financing), and to execute <br />the acceptance (with the amended changes on <br />page 2 of the contract... that the Redevelopment <br />Conmiission be included in the procedure), <br />seco ded by Mr. Cira, and the motion was <br />una mously carried. <br />Mr. Nimt : Mayor, thank you for coming to the meeting. <br />Mavo Parent: You are welcome. <br />4.
