Robinson that a notice of public hearing was delivered ,to Ms. Billie Sue Janovic of the Area Plan Commission, to Ms. Barbara Byers of the oard of Public Works, to Ms. Betty Burch f the Board of Zoning Appeals and South Bend ilding Department, and to Mr. James Seitz f the Park Department, on October 22, 1980. copy of the notice was posted on the bulletin oard on the 13th floor of the County -City uilding on October 22, 1980.
